Would you like to give Archery a shot?

We offer several types of lessons to accommodate everyone from the first time archer to the Olympic or Professional archer. Whether it is a basic one on one private lesson or an advanced one on one lesson each archer will be fitted with equipment and will be given basic safety instructions to start. Once set-up with proper fitting equipment each archer will be introduced to a basic shot routine and various shooting techniques.

Advanced archers will be digitally recorded and reviewed with Dartfish Software from 4 different angles, then will be analyzed by both instructor and the archer to greater refine technique. With Dartfish Software we are able to over-lay shots and detect even the most subtle inconsistencies. This type of instant feedback is a fantastic tool for all archers! The shooters equipment, approach, technique and shot routine will all be reviewed and suggestions will be made to help reach the next level.

Next Step Archery is based out of The Nock Point's indoor Archery range and Pro Shop in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Click here for directions.

There are no set dates for the lessons to better accommodate students. To schedule a lesson contact us with two or three sets of dates and we will let you know which time slots are available.

In all our programs, all equipment is provided at no additional cost! That includes the bow, arrows, and safety gear. All coaches are at least Level I certified by the National Archery Association (NAA), and many are NAA Level II certified coaches.

Archery is a very safe activity that children as young as 7 years old can enjoy. Safety is our primary concern, so we enforce a set of strict rules to ensure everyone's safety on the range. These rules meet the safety standards set by the NAA. To contact Bob Hickey for more information, e-mail Bob@NextStepArchery.com
